Christoph Gustav Kilian (Augsburg 1724-1776). “Member of the extended family of German engravers, son of Georg Kilian. As well as producing some pastels and engravings, he was a soldier in the Württemberg, Prussian and Dutch services, and a dealer in East Indian goods in the Hague”.
